One of the Best Hotels In Monterey

Beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly situated, reasonably priced considering the area, with exceptional staff. Really felt like we had concierge service, especially with the valet parking option Would like it if they put screens on the windows, otherwise amazing. The ocean view king rooms are literally stunning

Our room was beautiful looking down on Cannery Row, Monterey. Well appointed, warm and inviting. The staff is exceptional! Friendly and professional. Our continental breakfast was fresh and hot. The fireplace added to the warmth of the room, though it was too warm to use. Will definitely return!

A neat boutique hotel tucked right on the shores of iconic Cannery Row. I stumbled upon it researching Monterey and where to stay. What a great find! Staff was friendly, parking is easy with valet service, room was clean with a fridge & little counter top. Bed was super comfy. I stayed ocean side (highly recommend!) and enjoyed hearing the waves lapping the shore while I sat by the fire (yes, fireplace in room!). This was very relaxing. Many restaurants are right outside your door on Cannery Row. Cute shopping. Afternoon "happy hour" that I wish I could've enjoyed!

I called several places to discuss the hotels, and was met by an AI assistant. I am so over the lack of human connection because of AI. So when I called Spindrift, I was met with a kind, patient person who was more than willing to kindly answer all my questions. She took care of my reservation and we had a lovely room. If you're looking for a nice place that is a lovely boutique style inn, not a thin wall corporate room...this is the place for you. We absolutely loved our room, with a cannery row view (I love people watching), and partial ocean view. With the window open, I could hear the pounding of the waves at night, the sea gulls, and people having fun on the streets. The rooms are beautiful and everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back!
