One of the Best Hotels In Monterey

Super convenient location. Hotel staff very organized and helpful. Really pretty, upscale room. Nice finishes, comfortable rich furniture.

Absolutely beautiful

You absolutely must get the seaside view, the extra money is beyond worth it. We spent so much time in our cozy nook watching seals & otters from our window. Absolute magic!!! We loved our stay here, the hotel & staff is so nice. We would love to come back!

Our room had an awesome ocean view, and if you opened the windows, you could hear the ocean. The in-room breakfast was perfect, with a variety of fresh, tasty food that you could enjoy with a perfect view. The location was perfect. The room was clean and big. The wine and cheese were a very good addition.Just for you to know no air-conditioning, but if you open the windows you dont need it.

Probably one of the best views ive had in a room. The fire place was a great touch as well. You're RIGHT on the beach. My LONE complaint, is we missed the wine&cheese hour by 15 minutes...I thought it would've been nice to offer a glass even though we were late..especially for the rate we paid for the night (4th of july weekend). My significant other and I spent a night in Monterey to celebrate a special occasion. The staff is very welcoming, the room was clean, the location is perfect. Proximity to plenty of restaurants, bars, the beach, the aquarium was a couple minute walk away. They have a wine hour in the lobby in the evening. They brought breakfast directly to our room in the morning. Any question we had was answered with a smile. I’m very satisfied with our stay, we plan on staying at the Spindrift Inn for our future trips in Monterey.

We paid a bit more to book a suite with an ocean view for my wife's birthday. The room was beautiful and spotless. We had the windows open during our entire stay. It was so amazing lying in bed, watching the waves and sleeping to the live ocean sounds—it was unforgettable. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us from the moment we arrived in our VinFast VF8 in the dark evening. We were greeted with champagne and snacks. We loved the continental breakfast delivered to our room. It was also a very nice touch for the management to give us a bottle of wine with a sweet note for our celebration.

My wife and I stayed here recently for our anniversary trip, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly and extremely welcoming. Room service was the best out of any hotel I’ve stayed at. Rooms were clean each afternoon, and cleaned very well. Cannery row is a very convenient location, and we enjoyed the food and things to do in the area. Would highly recommend staying here!
