One of the Best Hotels In Monterey

I highly recommend Spindrift.

We had a wonderful stay at the Spindrift as part of our honeymoon roadtrip. The room was lovely and cosy (with the fire much appreciated owing to the rainy weather). The property is located on Cannery Row, a stone’s throw from shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful and a highlight was the daily cheese and wine. We would recommend to anyone.

I totally recommend this hotel the employees were very nice greeted us every time they seen us . Room is exactly what I expected. Comfortable bed pillows. Beautiful view I definitely will be back! We booked the King Fireplace Ocean View for our anniversary. This room was comfortable and everything about it was cute. The service from check in, room service, valet and check out is top notch. A complimentary breakfast was delivered to our room. We enjoyed it by the window listening to the sound of the waves and with the fireplace on. It's a simple breakfast, nothing extraordinary. They also have a complimentary wine and cheese in the lobby from 4:30p-6p. Center of Cannery Row and walking distance to everything. I can't express how much the service here and the staff here are all wonderful.

We arrived just before sunset and entered our light filled room in time to catch a gorgeous rainbow and sea otters frolicking in the nearby kelp bed. The staff at Spindrift are super friendly and incredibly helpful. The bed is beyond comfy and the room sparkling clean. We especially loved the big windows and window seats where we could sit and watch the otters and sea birds. They even provided binoculars for guest use! The windows open to let in fresh air and the sounds of the ocean. A solid 5 stars.

We had a great stay here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. It was so convenient as restaurants and aquarium is a quick walk. They only had valet parking but that wasnt a problem. Would totally stay here again!

Very comfortable bed and room. Great location for nightlife and restaurants, walks etc.

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. Loved the ocean view and the binoculars in the room were a nice touch. Bed was okay, pillow was nice and soft. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the complimentary wine and cheese but liked the offer. The breakfast was okay, don’t expect to get full. We walked everywhere for lunch, dinner and breakfast, it was a nice walk. We loved that it was close to everything. We would definitely stay again.
