One of the Best Hotels In Monterey

My wife and I love the place. Everything seems to be about the guests and not the bottom line.

Very romantic, my husband brought me here for my birthday. Our room was very spacious and clean. Love the fireplace with real wood burning option. We would sleep with the window open just to here the ocean. Ahhhhhh Heaven! Staff was very friendly. Definitely want to come back. Close to stores and restaurants.

We snagged a corner room on the fourth floor and had a beautiful view of Monterey Bay. We use the binoculars conveniently in the room for spotting dolphins, seals, and sea otters in the bay and were able to leave the windows cracked open in the evening and listen to the waves. It's one of the only places in this area where you can do that! This hotel is in an awesome location, with great views, and includes breakfast. We didn't try the fireplace but it's a really lovely touch. We'll probably be back!

This very special boutique hotel on the ocean has the corner on romance in Monterey. They also have an awesome corner room overlooking Cannery Row (if you like city views). Great location for an Anniversary, romantic getaway, or cool place to stop on coastal trail from L.A. to San Fran. Rooms are beautifully appointed and exceptionally comfortable. Nature abounds (see pic). The complimentary breakfast is delivered to your room and the staff is super accommodating. Kudos to Duchess (Mgr.) for managing to make our stay extra special. Highly recommend.

The spindrift hotel was a lovely experience from beginning to the end. Our room was wonderful, paid for a cannery row view, they gave us the end room on the second floor which faces the ocean and the street. Very nice room, comfortable bed, and a real fireplace, with doors that opened out to the ocean breezes. Our stay was unfortunately too short, but we will go back. It was in walking distance of everything on Cannery Row.
