One of the Best Hotels In Monterey

Awesome boutique hotel that we've stayed at for years. On cannery row, of course, and we get a room with a view. Saw otters playing this morning in the water.

It was stunning! We watched the sea otters play in the ocean through our window. The bed and fireplace were fantastic. It was a short walk to the aquarium and we went to dinner nearby.

Cute small boutique hotel located in the center of cannery row. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. The hotel was clean with a bit of charm and there was daily housekeeping. We stayed in room 208, nice corner room overlooking cannery row. Valet parking is available, as well as there are parking lots down the street for self parking. The hotel is surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and shopping and only a 5 minute walk to the aquarium. The hotel puts out a small charcuterie spread between 430-6 pm with complimentary wine. Breakfast (continental style) was included with our stay and is delivered to your room. Would recommend this hotel for your stay in Monterrey.

Great staff, clean room, close to shops and restaurants. The wine time with cheese and crackers was great too.

The view was perfect, the breakfast was fulfilling, and the room was a beautiful atmosphere. I would stay here again, staff was nice and helpful. Can’t think of anything, if we had a problem they fix it right away.

My husband and I stayed here for a night on a road trip down the CA coast. This is a fun location, great to walk around the shops and waterfront. The room was incredibly nice, very comfortable beds, too. This hotel doesn't feel like all the others... it has some character, which we loved. We loved the fireplace, and were suprised to find the sauna, haven't seen that in a hotel before... pretty cool. Here's a pic of the cute complementary breakfast they delivered to us in the morning. Would recommend staying here!

What a neat hotel hotel with great views. There's no air conditioning in the rooms but with opening windows and a fireplace it adds to the ambiance.

This is a wonderful place to get away to, the valet guys were great, the bell hop also very helpful, we didn't ask much of housekeeping, but the one thing we asked for was taking care of quickly, the also have a FREE continental breakfast 😋, we had a variety of food, including cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit and pastry, with coffee, orange juice and milk. The front desk was busy, but we didn't notice ANY delay, if i had any issue, this is really a stretch to say issue, is that check-in could have been a bit more flexible, it's 4 o'clock, but they did take our bags AND put them away for is while we had a beautiful lunch , but that's not really a complaint, but when you're coming from far away, and tough can't judge how bad traffic may be, it would be nicer to have an option of early check- in, i was hungry so there were plenty of options to utilize some free time, like a said, scraping the bottom of the barrel to find one.

We recently stayed here for one night for a quick birthday getaway I took my two kids and my hubby. We stayed in a double bed Ocean view and it was just beautiful. My daughter said the room looked like we were in Cinderella. It was really cute because the beach is right there, if you open the window, you're able to hear the waves. Monterey has a very nice quiet, relaxing vibe. I was able to wake up at sunrise, and me and my daughter watched it from the window. they bring you complementary continental breakfast, which was nice to sip coffee and watch the sunrise. The room was pretty spacious for the four of us. My daughter ended up sleeping on the nook by the window because that's where she preferred. The room got a little warm during the night with the fireplace, but you're able to crack a window and feel the nice breeze. This place is really cute and it's right in the center of Cannery Row. We ended up walking to the aquarium the next day and we were able to leave our car in the valet service . the workers there are very nice especially the valet and bus guys. They do offer complementary wine and cheese during the evening which is a nice touch. I was in between this hotel and a couple other ones but I think this one was a great choice because it's pretty affordable and right in the center of everything. Very cute for an anniversary birthday or even if you just want to have a cute quiet getaway with the kids beds were pretty comfortable although the pillows were soft. I'd come back.

We loved our stay at the Spindrift Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. The staff was friendly and we felt so pampered with in-room breakfast tray.
