One of the Best Hotels In Monterey

I haven't had the chance to actually stay at the inn yet because my reservation was cancelled by a 3rd party without my knowledge or consent. But when I arrived they were so helpful, Billy was awesome, he tried to help me find another hotel nearby and called around. I will be back because they've already proven that they have great customer service and are caring.

It's not very often the pictures don't do a room justice. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by how nice our room was. The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

This place is exactly as advertised. I was quite pleased that the “king room ocean view” is actually dead center oceanfront (room 306), I’ve never stayed right on top of a beach before!! I also booked my reservation quite late, less than one week prior for a busy thanksgiving weekend so I was quite pleased that we got such a nice room. This past Saturday when we checked in, the hotel staff was having problems with their electronic key system so they actually couldn’t issue any keys until later that evening. However, we were always escorted up to our room and the staff always apologized for the inconvenience. I really didn’t mind, especially since they had such a nice complimentary wine reception in the lobby! Breakfast delivered to the room was also great, so getting the ocean view room is definitely worth it. Another reviewer mentioned that the room can smell of smoke even if you don’t use the fireplace, which is true. The smell was overwhelming at first, not sure if it’s coming from the restaurant next door or lingering from the fireplace from prior use. I can’t take off any stars though, I loved this room too much. I will be back soon!

The receptionist was so helpful and nice. She did all she could to make our anniversary a happy one. The views from room and rooftop were amazing. Even a bottle of champagne was waiting for us at our room. Got to see the Sunrise🌞 Thank you. See you next year!

Multiple people on their staff went above and beyond to help me only get charged once, despite there already being two pending charges on my credit card. Plus, their cancellation policy is 72 hours. But they saw what happened and quickly made sure that I was taken care of. On top of that, the view was amazing. The room was awesome and I can't wait to go back.
