One of the Best Hotels In Monterey

Amazing location right on Cannery row over looking McAbee beach. Guest Service is great and attentive. From valet, bell to front desk, and wine hour, everyone was great. Complimentary breakfast delivered to the room and nightly wine and cheese hour are added bonuses. Fireplace in the room and great view of cannery row, can’t beat it. Love the charm of the hotel and in room robes. Will be back

Beautiful rooms with beautiful views. The staff is exceptional. The went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They were so kind to my son and made him feel welcome and special. The cleaning staff does a great job and even came to get up as we were leaving to give us something we left in the room.

The venue is just adorable! You must get an ocean view room, it is straight out of a book!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were greeted with wine and cheese when we arrived! And the free breakfast was a very nice touch.

We are currently staying here for a birthday weekend and are just loving every inch of it. From the moment we walked through the doors, the incredible staff have done everything they could to take care of us and make our stay special. We have wine and cheese in the afternoons and wake up to a lovely breakfast on a silver tray delivered to our room. The room is oceanfront, the fireplace is cozy, and the bed is super comfortable. I want to move in! Thank you, Spindrift staff, for making my birthday special!

The hotel is beautiful and the room feels like home away from home, rather than a bland hotel room. The room has chairs in front of the fireplace and nice seating in the bay window. Both are great places to relax. The location cannot be beat. Walk out the back and you’re on a beach, walk out the front and you’re on Cannery Row. Valet was great, they took the car and took all of our luggage to the room. The manager Rocio was very welcoming and a pleasure every time we spoke to her. She must lead by example because other staff was also was friendly and helpful. Perfect 5 stars all the at around. We will definitely be coming back to stay at Spindrift Inn again. The most charming, romantic place, right out of a movie! High-quality linens, breakfast delivered each morning, a fireplace in the room, the best window seat, overlooking the beach. Walk straight out onto Cannery Row.

Nice place, right on Cannery Row. The place was very quiet. While we did have to deal with a valet for the car, they were always very prompt. We stayed over Christmas, which might have affected these things.

What a special hotel/inn. We spent 6 nights here over Christmas and used the valet parking for our car. Each day we had an activity planned- the location was perfect. A clean and well appointed room with fireplace and comfy chairs. Someone put a lot of thought on how to best utilize the room and it was tasteful and cozy. The small breakfast each morning in our room was a very nice touch. The best part was the view right from the bay window with seat to watch all kinds of sea life and listen to the waves crash in.
