One of the Best Hotels In Monterey

The Spindrift in a great hotel with an amazing view of either the ocean/bay or Cannery Row. There are a lot of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very clean room and nice attendants.

We had an ocean-view room, and I could have sat on our window seat listening to the waves crash for days. My husband lived keeping a fire going in the wood-burning fireplace. Most beautiful spot I've ever seen. Even the bed was luxuriously comfortable.

Spindrift inn is a beautiful gem of a place to stay overnight. It's right on the water and canary row. They have balconies facing the ocean as well as the tourist covered street and the beds are comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. This is mine and my wife's go to place in Monterey. The only thing is the last time I was there it looked like the building could have used a Wash and a fresh coat of paint on the exterior.
