One of the Best Hotels In Monterey

The room is beautiful, and the staff are so kind. I love the experience of having breakfast served on a silver tray. Being so close to everything is a unique experience as well, and I highly recommend it

This hotel was a splurge but it was well worth it! The view and the ambiance was wonderful. The location was perfect for exploring the Cannery area of Monterey. I almost wished for a rainy day so we could have had more to time to sit by the fireplace and read. A lovely well maintained classic hotel. Not only were we delivered a continental breakfast but had a long stemmed rose placed on our table.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. From our room we saw seals, otters and pelicans. An outstanding view. Room was spacious , clean and beds very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We will stay again if we are in the area!

The staff welcomed us warmly and took care of the car and luggage. The room was absolutely lovely, sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. The LOCATION is perfect, directly over the beach with magnificent views of the bay and town. Right in the middle of Cannery Row, restaurants and shops at our fingertips. The restaurant downstairs that delivered room service was efficient and the food was delicious. Can't think of a complaint!

Beautiful property and location! Loved the corner room!

What friendly hotel. The rooms are great the bay views as you would expect. I had a king ocean view, my friends had the opposite corner on Cannery Row with a balcony. We were both delighted. The most amazing thing is the afternoon wine and cheese. Many places advertise this but it is normally very empty. Not here. The lobby is full, the atmosphere very welcoming. We chatted with many people from various parts of the world. I highly recommend this hotel and have two further visits booked.
