One of the Best Hotels In Monterey

This place is older, very quaint. Our room was facing the ocean so to have that to look at daily was spectacular and the sounds of the waves crashing on shore was tranquil. Always enjoy staying at The Spindrift when we come up to Monterey. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Wine reception hard to beat! Rooms recently went under a renovation. Worth it to spring for a balcony. In-room continental breakfast delivered on time and decent options for being complimentary. Another win for boutiques!

Very friendly, professional and fast

Very nice, its quiet, the service is great and views from the roof are amazing. Good place for couples.

The Staff was great, the option for free in room breakfast was outstanding and was right on time! Will definitely be staying here again!

The room was beautifully decorated. It had an old-style look, but everything seemed new. The fireplace was excellent. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best sleep here during my entire 3-week stay in California. The breakfast selection is enough for a filling meal. The location was amazingly central and surprisingly, we weren't disturbed by outside noise. It really is a lovely hotel.
