One of the Best Hotels In Monterey

An enchanting beach getaway that will make your wishes come true. We stayed in a king size, Ocean view, all-accessible room on the second floor. They do have an elevator, which is nice. There was a couple of chairs in front of the fireplace and a welcome note, along with a bottle of wine and chocolates for our Anniversary. The bed was very comfortable, with cozy bedding. As we sat at our windowseats, overlooking the bright blue Pacific Ocean, eating our delicious complementary breakfast, we were so happy. And at our decision of choosing this unique boutique Inn.

Right in the center of Canery Row the Spindrift Inn had to be the best Hotel I could've ever stayed in. With a gorgeous view of the ocean and a very cozy feeling in the hotel room it offered a very relaxing experience. Ordering room service from the restaurant downstairs was also very convenient and quick. The food was amazing (the Jumbalaya and Cesar salad with Calamari) was such a great meal! On top of the view and the food the hotel room provided a really comfortable bed to sleep in that made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. The hotel room also had a fireplace and a nice TV which made the experience so much better! I would recommend this hotel to anyone that has ever thought about coming to Monterey and wants to have a really special experience!

Lovely and cozy. Decent breakfast and happy hour every day (included in the price). Staff is super attentive and the location is amazing. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

We had a great stay in one of their ocean front room. We were there for three nights and the room was clean and comfortable. The fireplace was cozy and opening the screen less windows to the ocean put a smile on our faces. Breakfast brought to your room every morning is a very nice touch. The best part of the room is the amount of wild life that you can see from your room. It keeps you staring out to the ocean. Let’s not forget the roof top patio. Great views and patio furniture for your lounging pleasure. Monterey is beautiful and so are the views from this hotel.

We had a great stay in one of their ocean front room. We were there for three nights and the room was clean and comfortable. One of my favorite hotels around. Beautiful views, awsome rooms, and best of all, staff that will do everything they can to make sure your stay is amazing and pampered every step of the way

We arrived around 9 am and asked to check our bags until the 4 pm check in. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready, which was great as we had been up since 4:30 am traveling and wanted to freshen up just a bit. We were given a corner room, which allowed us a view of Cannery Row and the ocean. Our balcony was nice, the double doors let in a lot of natural light, which I love! I also love that we had a fireplace. When I made the reservations, I didn't think we'd actually use the fireplace at all but we had cool drizzly weather and ended up using the fireplace every morning and every evening of our stay. The hotel offers complimentary wine in the evening and a rooftop garden. I don't drink, so the wine didn't appeal to me and the cool wet weather made the rooftop garden an area that we just visited to check out but didn't relax and enjoy. The room service breakfast was simply but satisfying. Options are preselected - hard boiled eggs, cheese, toast, muffing, yogurt, fresh fruit, among other items and coffee, tea, and juice. I was thankful for the breakfast as Monterey doesn't wake up until 10am! There are a few breakfast places a few blocks away but it's nice to munch while getting ready for the day. My daughter and I would definitely stay here again!
