The undisturbed and pristine surrounds of Point Lobos
State Natural Reserve makes this a perfect place to view wildlife. You're
almost certain to see the sea otters for which Point Lobos is known, as
well as other marine mammals like sea lions, harbor seals, and dolphins.
There's even whale watching during the winter. On land, deer, coyotes, bobcats,
mountain lions, and brush rabbits. You may see great blue
herons, western gulls, woodpeckers, and songbirds.
